What we believe

A good pergola is mostly planning. The sun has been studied, the footings are sized for the soil, the permits are in hand, the HOA has said yes and the materials suit the way you live. When that is done, the building is smooth, strong and clean. We believe the process should be as good as the result: someone walks the yard, explains the plan, draws it on paper and keeps you informed. Pressure, vague scopes and surprises are not how we work.

We are part of Music City Builder Group, a family of Nashville-area home and property services. That means we know the neighborhoods, the older brick homes with detailed trim, the tight infill lots with close neighbors and the new subdivisions where a bare builder slab is waiting for shade, and we plan to be here for the long haul.

How we work

You get drawings and a written scope before we start, careful protection of your property and a clean yard at the end of every day. We explain what we find, keep you updated and walk the finished pergola with you to make sure every detail is right.
